How did you find loading your in-house experiences?
We found it easy to switch our existing experiences to the Turneo platform. If you gather everything you need, it honestly takes less than a few hours and once done, it's great being able to manage everything in a single place - from our kite school, to our spa, to horse riding trips, to VIP dinners...Our guests can book and pay online, or equally can book at reception (where our staff can book on their behalf and just add it to their room bill).
Do you also use Turneo with third party vendors?
Given how easy it was to move across our own experiences, we were excited to also add experiences from third parties to the platform as well. It was easy to get vendors onboarded and we had no resistance - after all we’re helping make them more money! It means we feel we can now truly give our guests everything they need, which is awesome
