Concierge Override Functionality

Concierges can override cut-off times and organizer confirmations with in-built functionality

As a concierge you are now able to:

  1. Book experiences for guests after the customer-facing cut-off time
  2. Choose to automatically confirm the booking, and skip sending a request to the organizer
  3. Please note: in both cases we ask that you confirm you have the organizer's prior approval before making the override

New Experience Overview

It's now easier to add or edit rates, discounts and commissions for each experience

Select an experience within Experiences Hub > Experiences.

Use the top right hand buttons to:

  1. Delist an experience - remove it from all Turneo stores
  2. Edit an experience - open the old Experiences Editor
  3. Preview an experience - and view it as a guest would

Use the rates section to:

  1. Choose where availability is set - within Turneo or via a booking channel manager
  2. Add a new rate - either from scratch or by copying an existing rate
  3. Adjust an existing rate - either edit or delete an existing rate
  4. Set promotions - either for specific days, or for in-advance "early bird" bookings
  5. Adjust commissions - for specific resellers

QR Code Generator

Automatically send guests a QR code ticket after a booking

  1. If guests book within the cancellation window, the email with QR codes will be sent at the time of booking
  2. If guests book in advance (outside of the cancellation window), the email with QR codes will be sent 24h in advance of the experience start time
  3. Get in touch with Turneo to provide the QR codes you want added to your experience

Portuguese Translations

In addition to our existing translation options we are now offering Portuguese!

  1. In your Experiences Hub, select Experiences on the left-hand menu
  2. Select the experience you wish to translate
  3. Click "Edit" and then "Translations"
  4. Select Portuguese to check the automated translation and make any changes

Download bookings data

Download a configurable csv of bookings data direct from your Experiences Hub.

  1. Log in to the Turneo Experiences Hub
  2. Navigate to the Bookings option on the left hand menu
  3. Click the button "Download CSV"
  4. You'll be given options regarding dates, filters and columns to include.

Offer alternative slots

Suggest different times or dates to a guest when they book an experience

  1. Click "Reject" on your experience booking request email
  2. You'll be automatically redirected to a screen that asks you to offer at least 2 alternative slots to the guest, within a week of their original booking
  3. Click "Confirm"
  4. You can also do this from your Experiences Hub > Bookings Page
