During days without any booked experiences, guests can see tailored recommendations for available in-house or external activities matching their preferences based on their previous bookings.

Is there an additional cost for this feature?

There is no additional cost for this feature. Once your guests book an experience on Turneo, they will automatically receive the link to their personalised itinerary in their booking confirmation email.

What if the guest wants to modify or cancel the booking later?

The itinerary always shows up-to-date status of each experience booking, regardless if the guest modified or cancelled the booking through itinerary, confirmation email or reached out to our Guest Support.

Can my concierge staff send or print the itinerary?

Yes, for every booking made on behalf of the guest, an interactive itinerary is automatically sent to their email. If needed, your staff can also download it as a PDF and print it to give to the guest on-spot.
