This feature requires a simple one-time setup - after that, it works automatically for every guest receiving your pre-arrival email.

All you need to do is to include a link to your experience page in your pre-arrival email template and append dynamic parameters at the end of the URL such as first_name, check_in_date, check_out_date, and group_type.

Can I implement personalised pre-arrivals both for my PMS and OTA bookings?

Will experience suggestions include any experiences which are not part of my catalogue?

No, the suggestions will only include experiences that you have added to your Turneo experience store.
