Organisers report high satisfaction rate with Turneo's platform
At the end of 2024, we've reached out to experience organisers using Turneo to rate our platform and help us further improve our functionalities. We're happy to say that Turneo’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), a standard industry metric for customer satisfaction, increased by 55% among experience organisers, compared to the previous year. When benchmarked against other software providers, this year’s NPS score of 70 ranks us in the top 1% globally (Qualtrics) - which makes us incredibly proud. We’re grateful for the feedback from our partners as it played a key role in shaping Turneo’s platform and achieving these results.
Organisers often emphasise that smooth onboarding, an easy-to-use platform, and reliable support are the key factors when managing experiences online - and we are excited to see high satisfaction rates across all of them!
While we are happy to hear positive feedback, we have also identified areas for improvement and we will continue to work on making our platform better. Areas we will focus on include enhancing the mobile view and finding ways to increase the number of bookings through Turneo.
